No Books This Year …BUT WE WILL BACK SOON! – Hesam Sharifi was born in January 1989. He was fascinated by art from childhood and he started painting figurative, expressionistic, surrealistic pictures. This passion led Hesam to the conservatory and by studying illustration he learned graphic and digital painting. At Frankfurter Buchmesse in 2021, Afghanistan’s pavilion seemed empty and deserted, but in this picture, what you see the most is the triumph of culture and knowledge over ignorance! The suffering spirit of Afghanistan has been saved from much greater calamities, and its bright days will return.
